Hello World - Traditional software greeting!
Hello, yet again. I've tried this before, and yes it was full of AI generated slop. So this time, instead of that, I am going to go with the heart and just do what makes me happy - making software (and now sharing it too!). For reference, I have also started making a personal site. Feel free to check it out - portfolio site.
Why Start a Blog?
This is purely a personal decision. I had thought about it from an advantageous perspective - to gain exposure, to create a name for myself, to hopefully gain some following where I can leverage all that in the future, and honestly I had been doing that. If you were amongst the one person who had previously visited this site, you would have seen it. A bunch of crappy generated, over bloated and generic nonsense that would be more coherent if you just asked your own LLM to summarise it for you.
So this time, I'm going to go with what I had previously set out to do which is just write what I want and put it out there. I have things I want to share, sometimes as a journaling tool and sometimes about something interesting and useful that just may help one person out (not you one person, you're with me from the start until we crash :D).
What kind of content can I expect?
Nothing special really. I assume I will probably go a lot with trends since it would make the most sense to speak on what's on most people's minds, and mine since I follow tech trends way too much. To go with that I am trying to develop my own web framework to help developer's speed up their own development, whether for an MVP or go to market solution. Bits and bobs of things I find whether from a working environment (no secrets given I promise) or when I work on my side hustle's as we software folk tend to do.
By now you would have understood that yes I am primarily a web developer, which shouldn't come as a surprise as the dependancy on the modern internet is unlike anything in human history, in my humble opinion, and someone has got to fill those positions. So the content will probably lean favourably towards web development, but I am going to do my best to branch out and try to dive into various aspects of the software world.
Short and sweet
This should honestly be the most detailed article on this blog, only because I find myself to be very busy and whilst that is the case I want to use this blog as a frequent journaling tool to bring benefit. The only way I could get around this was by making the decision to, hopefully, create shorter and simpler articles that will get to the point and avoid any fluff.
Ironic.
Let Go, avoid Rust and attempt C# moving forward
Yes it will be that bad, but I still hope you're going to stick around 🤔
Love and Respect.
